Tips To look Beautiful this Valentine

There is love in the air and this is the right season to flaunt the fabulous you. But have you wondered how to pull the new look and how best it will work out for you? Sure you have some nagging questions on your mind regarding what you should wear and how you should look for that special man in your life; but of course these beauty tips transcend the Valentine’s Day. They should guide you in your everyday beauty routine.
Have a snuggly, sexy valentine.

Q: Right now I love the blush and each time I tried it my friends tell me I look ridiculous. How best can I pull this look because it’s so fascinating?

A:It is true that many women look like clowns when they apply the blush wrongly. First look for colours that match your skin. Fair skin looks great in rose, olive in peach and dark skin in apricot or even red. Powder is typically the best for oil and combo skin. Cream is great for dry skin. Liquids and gels are great for oily skin. Apply your foundation first, then eye colour and lipstick. While some apply blush before foundation, some do it after. But look for what best works for you. Put the blush on your brush, tapping off any excess. Look into the mirror and smile. This helps identify the apples of your cheeks. If you have gone too heavy on the blush, just dab a bit of translucent powder over it.

Q: I’m in my early forties and my skin is losing its shine. What do I do because my husband and I would be at a five star hotel throughout the weekend?

A: Thank God Valentine is just a week ahead; go get yourself MAKARI night cream or CLARINS. You will see the result immediately. Also take plenty of water and fruits too.

Q: I have been thinking of what to wear on Valentines Day because I haven’t bought a dress in a number of months and I really want to look nice for my boyfriend .We will be meeting at a restaurant and I really like to keep things on low budget.

A: I always think of the LBD when I can’t think of anything else but I really love some adventure this Valentine’s. Ditch the LBD because color is the star this season. Try a red dress instead; it’s more romantic. Complement it with bold jewelry and bold hued shoes and you are ready to go.

Q: Do I wear a dress with heels or trendy top with leggings or jeans? What’s the perfect Valentine’s Day dress?

A: I would rather do the dress if it suits the Valentine’s date perfectly , but if your date is less formal you can go with the casual look.

Q: My hair is in ruins now and I have tried every possible product to redeem it but my fear is that I might not get it right before Valentine’s.

A: You can get that shine back if you try the Dr Miracle range of hair care products but it might take a while and my fear is that the Valentine’s might just pass you by. So why not get your self a lace wig or human hair. It’s silky, wavy and just right for the occasion.

Q: My eyebrows are chapped and each time I tried shaping them I end up looking more miserable and I never get that desired look?

A:Bold brows are back, so start growing. Since eyebrows are better defined and heavy , chose a brow pencil that is a shade darker than your hair colour. Try Orekelewa eye pencil and be certain it will do the trick.

Q: I want this smokey effect I se e magazines because I want to look different this Valentine’s. How do I achieve this?

A: The key to this look is proper blending. Dab a bit of MAC paint on your lids before applying the shadow. Apply the eyeliner just above the lash and make sure you draw the line thicker in the middle of the brow. Blend in the colour on the bottom lashes, then apply light base colour, blend in the darker shade but keep the dark colour below the crease. Then finish with several coats of voulmizing mascara. Remember to keep nude lips when applying the smokey effect.

Q: I gained weight during the festive season and I’m losing it slowly but I want to look my best this Valentine’s. What should I wear?

A: Size doesn’t matter when it comes to looking chic. For your current size, get great fitting bottoms, halter necks, deep v-neck, and tank tops. They can all work for a plus-size woman and don’t underestimate your accessories. Never hide your shape in oversized clothes.
