Skyblue Associates is recruiting for a new medium sized real estate company with Head Office in Lagos. The company require a Project Manager for immediate employment to meet up with its contracts.
Role
o Plan, monitor and control the project from beginning to the end within the agreed time and budgetary constrains.
o Specify technical and quality standards to be achieved and adhered to.
o Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with the clients
o Identifying and controlling operational risk and opportunities
o Monitoring progress and report updates.
Experience and Qualifications
* Must posses a university degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture with a minimum of second class division.
* The ideal candidate must have minimum of 10 years of real estate development and project management experience.
* Must be registered with relevant professional bodies
* Must be competent in the use of AutoCAD, Microsoft office, Microsoft Project or Primavera.
* Must be ready to move within Nigeria
