Enugu developing under Gov Chime

Enugu state is fast developing since Sullivan Chime took over as Governor. Especially on roads, beautification, security, health. Currently massive road rehabilitation is still ongoing, plus a massive water project. Sullivan’s administration so far has been a blessing to Enugu. What do you think?
