Job Description
Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
Reporting to the CEO and the board, the CIO will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the investment department, ensures portfolio quality and put in place systems and procedures necessary to ensure that Oasis Capital develops sustainable operations across broad industries in the West African region. The CIO has overall responsibility for executing the company’s business model in Ghana and within the West African region. The person would also be responsible for implementing the overall strategy of the company and funds under its management to ensure the attainment of the vision of the company.
Required Skills or Experience
The candidates must have relevant experience in private equity, venture capital and/or corporate finance practice. Exposure to the real estate sector and SME-environment will be an advantage.
Master level qualification in management, finance or investments.
